Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping (5–10 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days)
Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150
International Shipping We currently do not ship internationally. If you do, please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages Lisboa Sauces is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at lisboasauces@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
